We cover several layers of due diligence prior to engaging in any investment, including property research, developer vetting and financial underwriting. Once invested, we monitor performance with oversight of all properties through regular visits with the developers, and we provide investment analysis including quarterly reports, monthly statements and rent rolls for each property.
Transparency Above All
As stewards of our client’s investment funds, we provide full disclosure of all investments. Every investor receives private and secure access to their entire portfolio with quarterly financials for each property, as well as pictures, descriptions, and updates to the properties.
